  1. Download & unzip the build

    From the latest release, download the Chrome build (a .zip) and unzip it to a folder you will keep.

  2. Open the extensions page

    Type chrome://extensions in the address bar and press Enter.

  3. Turn on Developer mode

    Flip the Developer mode toggle (top-right corner).

  4. Load the unpacked build

    Click "Load unpacked" and pick the folder you just unzipped.

Verify the download (optional)

Each release ships a SHA256SUMS.txt. Check your file against it before installing.
